NanoKito provides a suite of online developer and file utility tools (such as Image Compression, Format Conversion, etc.).

• Client-Side Processing: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our tools process your files locally within your browser. Your files are not uploaded to our servers for processing.
• Access: The Service is provided free of charge, supported by advertisements or sponsorships.

By using NanoKito, you represent and warrant that:

• You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service (except where tools are explicitly provided under an Open Source license).
• You will not use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written permission.
• You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process using our tools.

The Service and its original content (including the "NanoKito" brand, logo, design, and underlying code) are and will remain the exclusive property of NanoKito and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of France and foreign countries.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services (including advertisements and sponsors) that are not owned or controlled by NanoKito.

• We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
• You acknowledge and agree that NanoKito shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such content or services.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. NanoKito makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

• We do not guarantee that the result of any file conversion or compression will be accurate, secure, or error-free.
• You engage with the tools at your own risk. We strongly recommend keeping backups of your original files.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NanoKito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Certain tools or services provided on subdomains of NanoKito (e.g., pdf.nanokito.com) may be governed by separate Terms of Service or Open Source Licenses (such as AGPL). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a subdomain, the specific terms will control for that subdomain.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
